From June 2026, due to the construction of the new Titlis tower and mountain station, time at the summit will be limited to approximately one hour before descending to the Trübsee middle station, where restaurant facilities are available.
Routing and means of transport may be modified because of ongoing construction.
An optional visit to the TITLIS Horizon observation deck is available at an additional cost (CHF 18 per adult and CHF 9 per child), payable on site by cash or credit card.

The Titlis Rotair is not your average cable car ride—it's the world's first revolving cable car, providing unparalleled 360-degree views of the Swiss Alps throughout the journey. The Rotair is the final leg of your cable car journey. First, you'll hop aboard the 80-passenger cable car for your ascent to Stand from Engelberg. Once you reach Stand, you get to board the Titlis Rotair, which can accommodate around 20 to 30 people, and only takes 5 minutes to reach the summit of Mount Titlis.

The cable car from Engelberg stops at Trübsee on the way to Stand station, so you can always make a pit stop at Trübsee. If you fancy checking out the serene Trübsee lake or diving into some snowy adventures at the SnowXPark, this is your chance to disembark. It's smart to save your Trübsee visit for the return journey instead of heading there in the morning, as Mount Titlis tends to get busier as the day goes on.

It is pretty spectacular to witness the Engineering Marvel that Switzerland has achieved through the gondola and train route specially on the TOP OF EUROPE trip.. Views are incredibly beautiful too. It might appear to be the only activity marketed so heavily by Switzerland but I feel its truely worth it. Very doable with small kids and a great family outing. Be mindful the total journey is upwards of 5 hours.
