Booking was easy. Typical Swiss efficiency and punctual, wonderful railway and cablcar. I would definitely recommend to go on the first train up as it gets extremely busy .
The trip up to the Top of the World was magnificent- Gondola 🚠 & train was efficient and easy. Once up there- the views are gorgeous- winter wonderland . With lots to keep you inspired- snow cave , restaurants & shops
Everything from the gondola ride to the train ride to the top was magical. Once you step outside and see the view, it was absolute wonder! Everything from snow tubing, to zip lining, to the crystal palace was so awesome. I can't wait to be there again!
The booking experience was easy and helpful. Got tickets beforehand for seamless travel and easy access to all the included venues
The experience was great, although very crowded and touristy. The gondola was broken, so paid for that feature, but did not get in either direction. It was disappointing. The train was filled with large tour groups, so standing room only on the train going down. That being said, I still would recommend.
Very good organized. We enjoyed the visit. Amazing views
Great arrangement. Nowhere to wait in the crowds. Superb surroundings with beautiful views.

Very fast connection from Grindelwald Terminal. Good signposting. The Jungfrau Joch is very touristy. Music on the train to the Joch is too much of a good thing. Very long walk to the highest point. Unfortunately the weather was poor. The self service restaurant seems very functional and cool. Has no flair ...

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't suitable for enjoying the site. When the weather isn't suitable, what is offered is not enough for the price of the tour. As for the staff, they were very attentive and friendly. I know that the weather is an uncontrollable variable, but perhaps offer a new ticket for another date for people who bought on a day when the weather was absolutely closed.

Terrific achievement for mankind. We had no trouble getting by, instructions were clear. Download the app, because some scanners don't work on tickets screenshots;they require original qr code.
We bought the Swiss half fare card and it saved us so much! We got half off of all trains, buses, trams, and ferries! We used them a lot!
I bought a Swiss Half Fare Card from Headout. I made the right decision to buy this card as I could save a lot of money for transportation fare. I recommended you to buy this card if you plan to visit Switzerland. Even if you visit Switzerland for 4-5 days, it is worth buying as you need to take different types of transportation to get to your destinations.
Good organization from Grindelwald: for tickets, P and gondola signs. It's harder to find your way around the Jungfraujoch... and it's a shame that the outdoor galleries have been closed: you miss the contact, the air etc... The staff are really pleasant and competent, both in the station and in the restaurant👍😊. And the show was as great as I'd dreamed. 🤩

It was breathtaking POINT The first view over the glacier, the view from above, simply overwhelming. The experience on and in the glacier was simply surreal.

The tickets were easy to buy and the excursion went very well. It would be important to note in your descriptions that it is possible to take the train even without a reservation. At the departure of the train there are 2 queues, 1 for tickets with seat reservations (which cost more) and one without. Despite this difference, it's perfectly possible to sit on a seat with a Headout reservation.

i had to look for an hour before I remembered that I downloaded an app for the tickets. A mail would have been much easier.
It was simply amazing - as the Swiss would say - perfect weather, much less crowds than I had feared despite the ultra high season, the whole thing was an overwhelming experience in the high alpine mountains, at the beginning of the great Aletsch Glacier, which will stay in my memory forever!

All good. Only one little flaw: it is not clear that the round trip should be taken on the same day. We had little trouble because our tickets didn't go through smoothly the next day. The kind personnel let us through promptly, though.
The day we booked was a total white out when we got to the top, but the weather cleared for about 15 minutes and we got some great photos. Amazing experience.
Fabulous journey from start to finish Well organised.views Fabulous all of which where accessible by wheelchair however if should state somewhere that the icecave and glacier are not accessible by wheelchair which was a great shame .
We were in Switzerland for only 9 days but the half fare card saved us some dollars as we visited 3 cities via train and made bookings for sightseeing. It was very much worth it.
Amazing place to visit. Was able to use Swiss half fare being a visitor which made it more affordable and some parts of the building were overcrowded with tourists but you can get to places which especially outside which aren't as busy. Best to book a return journey as I had to wait quite sometime to get back on a train with no reservation.
The Jungfraujoch was epic! My only issue was the issue to try to get a Eurail discount associated with this purchase as I was told I was eligible for that. Is there a way I can submit my Eurail ticket card (pass reference 4BSDV3) and apply for a discount or partial refund? Thank you for your consideration! Take care, Kuangkai Tai, San Diego

The place is simply spectacular so, although it is a high priced excursion, it is highly recommended if you are in Insbruk. Booking with Headout was very easy, and with a single QR we have comfortable and direct access to all services. Also the help chat was very efficient and agile.

Easy to book. Ticket worked well, amazing experience. Went early and it was not crowded. The gondola ride up was fantastic with incredible views. The discovery tour was informative and educational. It was all round an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend.
it was a great experience. Once a life time. love to do it again. Wish to see some arrangement on top to walk in snow. there were but no enough. Like a coffee may be. :) Also wanted to see that eiger exprerss moves up and down with a view. tHIS WAS A NEGATIVE SURPRISE FOR ME.
The experience was great. We took the trains all the way up and caught the gondolas on the way back. We almost skipped the Discovery Tour, but decided to go in right before we left. We didn't understand that this would be the best part of the experience. It has the best views. I would warn that when you book thru Hradout app you don't get a reserved seat on the train, so you will have to wait in line at certain times during the journey.
The view from the magnificent Gundelbahn was very impressive. The tobogganing was a highlight for our children. The chocolate that was handed out on the train on the way back was a welcome surprise.

This was an amazing experience. We got really lucky with the weather as it was clear day. Tickets worked fine no issues at all. This will be memorable experience.
Booking was easy. The app worked if there was network, but without network the app crashed (iPhone). The instructions were a bit unclear: time to return was either 2 or 3 hours and no exact time given. Instructed to go to the "booking point" but there is no such thing. You go to train or scan the code at the gate.
Awesome to get onto plateau and look around at beautiful mountain peaks with snow. Needs to be clearer on which tickets to be used on gondola vs train.
The trip was fun. Perhaps indicate more clearly that you have to get off at Grindelwald Terminal, i.e. not stay on until the last stop. However, I did not know how to get a time for the time slot. Also, the app did not work after we got off the gondola, so I could not show the scan code.

Absolutely loved the views at the top, gondola, restaurant, ice palace - everything was amazing, except the clarity of the information. Our return descent booked for 2 hours later it says, we had no clue when this 2 hours started from. Reservations end at a certain time apparently (couldn't find this information online anywhere either). Time slots? Reservation information? We were so confused so we just went straight up without taking our time, and when we got up, it was packed and then we did take our time. We stayed longer than 2 hours and thankfully the queues and the whole journey down wasn't too delayed when we didn't have a reservation.
This extraordinary journey is filled with mind blowing views! We hired a guide to trek onto the glacier as well. Truly magical.
We were in Switzerland for only 9 days but the half fare card saved us some dollars as we visited 3 cities via train and made bookings for sightseeing. It was very much worth it.
It was great. Only thing is we did not have access to look out for bad weather. Also, we had to pay 50chf extra for missing the first slot . We had to catch train from interlaken ost at 10:34 instead of 10:04 that costed us pay extra. Otherwise it was great.
Visiting Jungfraujoch was an unforgettable experience — truly worthy of its title as the “Top of Europe.” The journey itself, via the cogwheel train through the stunning Swiss Alps, was magical. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of snow-covered peaks, the vast Aletsch Glacier, and the crisp alpine air created a surreal atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, from the attractions like the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observatory to the walking paths with breathtaking vistas. It’s a must-visit destination that blends natural beauty, engineering marvel, and peaceful grandeur all in one place.
Very convinient to use and saved us a ton of money on trains and gondola rides.
This gondola is absolutely breathtaking! I 10/10 recommend
Saved us money and once loaded onto a train booking site was very easy to use on line
Easy to use. Loved it. Had no issues at any point
The trip to the Jungfraujoch really is uniquely beautiful! And the world of adventure in and around the Jungfraujoch is gigantic!
