The information posted online about this excursion is very deceptive. It is not a not a 'riviera cruise,' it is a taxi, taking people from place to place. It stops at Chillón castle as well as every other little town on the Swiss side of the lake. There is no commentary and no way to know what you are seeing. This is for commuters, not for tourists. The fact that this is not made clear on all the tourist websites where it is listed seems intentionally deceptive. We were incredibly disappointed as we could have found a better way to spend our time and money on our short visit to Montreux.

Der Bestellvorgang und das Bezahlen hat einwandfrei geklapp. Hingegen konnte der Kontrolleur beim Einsteigen zum Schiff den QR-Code mit seinem Handy trotz vorhandener App nicht lesen; der Code wurde nie scharf dargestellt. Er liess mich nach ein paar Versuchen aber doch aufs Schiff, wo dann wieder alles wie erwartet gut war.

I googled cruises from Montreux and this came up up as an option on your website. I booked it an hour before the cruise departure. Nowhere on the website did it say the cruise departed from Geneva so I booked it. We obviously could not get to Geneva in time so we missed the cruise. I am disappointed that your website did not state the departure point despite me looking at it in detail and then redoing the whole booking process again to check if I had missed something. I would like a refund due to your poor communication of what your product actually is

We arrived late and there were only a few places left. We chose to sit on the aft deck and it's true that it was a quiet corner if unfortunately it wasn't infested with midges! Too bad, for us, otherwise better places on the boat I think... on the other hand difficulties to find the pier, not very precise on your plan. Finally, the staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The bar service on the boat was very good. For a tour boat I had expected some guide description but there was not. There were Very few seats on the outside upper deck so we had to stay inside.

Sat in the bar with fantastic views. Service was excellent and friendly. Happy to try my French but the staff spoke beautifully back to me in English! The heat was amazing so welcomed the breeze on the boat. Next time I'll probably do the day trip further down the lake, but this suited us right before dinner in the old town.

Wrongly assumed the boat tour would have commentary. Also do not recommend doing this as night, although the lights were beautiful we could not see any of the other sights or mountains so was really a waste of money

I had Swiss travel pass and it was already included in my pass. Your company sold the cruise as if there was a different service and not covered in Swiss travel. I was very disappointed after noticing that I was frauded . Please refund my ticket.
