What’s not allowed
- For health reasons (altitude sickness), children aged 3 and under are not transported on the installations between Tr. Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
- Pregnant women are also not advised to participate in this experience.

- Zermatt is a car-free location. To reach the meeting point, use public transportation or take a taxi.
