Exclusions
- Crystal Ride
- Zermatt is a car-free zone.
- Children under three years old are not allowed to travel from Trockener Steg to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise due to altitude sickness.
- Please note that the Crystal Ride cabins, featuring glass floors for a unique experience between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, are not included with this ticket.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

The ice cave was closed and the crystal ride was closed and the big gondolas were closed at the start. The Matterhorn was great but my wife and I wanted to see ice caves and do crystal ride and that was not disclosed when I bought the tickets. Also the directions to getting the tickets in the application are not correct and goes to a empty building.

I've bought 2 tickets At night the day before me experience. The weather was not good. We were not allowed to climb until the first part due to contract. I had to wait all morning until midday when the lady told me I was going to be reembursed because it was not possible to use the tickets. Much better to by at the counter because they return the money immediately

Will never spend a penny with you again. If you check your database connected to my email, maybe you will learn why i had such a dismal experience. I am going out of my way to provide the lowest reviews on all social and public forums. It wont help me get my money back or allow you to provide customer service when I needed it, but its the only power I have as a consumer. Hopefully you treat other customers better.

Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way from Locarno to Zermatt. By the time the car was towed to a garage and we finally got a rental car, half a day had already passed. We were therefore unable to keep our appointment. Unfortunately, the operator was also unable to cancel or rebook the tickets. So we paid 190 CFr for nothing.
