- Due to safety reasons, guests under the height of 1.06m are prohibited from the boat ride.
- For the Amazon River Quest Boat Ride, guests must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
- The boat ride is not accessible by wheelchair users.
- As the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, this experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorders, and impaired physical health.
- A supervising adult must accompany children between the height of 1.06m and 1.35m for the boat ride.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

It was my partner's birthday present from myself. He loved the whole experience and got to see two whales and a pod of dolphins. One happy man , thank you. I unfortunately got seasick, which was a shame. I did get to see and take photos of the whales. A great trip, the weather was great, considering the bad weather we have had I er the last week. The staff were brilliant, even help with cold cloths and sick bags for me and others that were sick on the trip. Highly recommend to anyone considering going. 😁

I'm not a boat person, but felt quite at ease on the whale boat. The commentator was very informative. We didn't get to see a whale but with the 80% back , I was more than happy just seeing dolphins, albatross and sealions frolicking. It was very easy to book online through Headout and they were very accommodating arranging the refund as well.

The ships are comfortable and the islands are good places for relaxing and a little bit walking or cycling. But be aware that there are basically no F&B shops on the two islands except one convenience store on St John's island which is a bit far from the dock. So you'd better prepare something yourself.

Ticketing ahead of time was easy and everything ran smoothly. The adventure itself was over the top fun because it's such a unique experience and more than a little exciting. Booking through Headout was easy and confirmation and digital tickets received almost immediately. The packs a lot into one day. Unforunatel due to weather conditions we were unable to visit the Blue Caves however another small island village was substituted. Overall good experience. Very good boat and crew. The blue cave experience is overrated and the time to travel for this is not worth it in my opinion. The rest of the day was great, beautiful little beaches, great restaurant in Hvar with amazing view and lovely swim and snorkelling experiences.

Booking of Friday, 02nd August 2024. The different stop for swimming in amazing and breathtaking places. Hvar island, and falling for Marinkovac island (incredible, just wow). We couldn't reach blue cave because of weather, we have been refunded, thanx. The blue lagon is nice but we were a little bit disappointed of dirty island, so many trashes on it. The skipper (I don't remember his name). He was so kind, gave us so many details about places, even the temperature of the sea ahh ;) and really nice to us. Note the selection subcategories are a bit limited and I couldn't select my extra description - it should be title 'my skip the line tickets did not provide an experience as expected'........and, as such, this isn't a review aimed at Headout but more so the experience. We tried to get organised by pre-buying tickets and thought saving 5% was a good idea. Why bother? Universal Studios had such long line ups, we ended up buying express tickets on the day as we didn't fancy 60 min+ line ups. We tried to be strategic by going on a Monday, no school holidays etc, but it really didn't make much difference. It was packed. Throw in two hours of no outside rides opearting due to a lightening and we felt quite short changed. The Night Safari - we thought we did the right thing by pre-buying tickets - that only gets you in the gate, once we got inside, the tram still had a 60 min queue. So we wandered the tracks on foot for an hour and half, and came out to a 30 min queue - by this time it was 9.30pm and everyone was done as the venue is SO BUSY with people rush, rush, rushing that we were so over people. And I should point out that thanks to the rush, rush, rush, you don't really get to see much wildlife, and who could blame them from hiding from that frantic atmosphere.

The Jet Ski experience for us is awesome. Though we bought the ticket for 8 AM, we reached there early. Staff arrived at around 7:30 to 7:45. After giving our passport details, we are ready to start the ride. Take note, the changing area is 4 side cloth-covered 2X2 area. We were given a life jacket, and one short brefing after we headed out to open sea. Our guide, "prasad," was full of energy and took us right in to al arab where we spent a few minutes to take pictures. Prasad helped to take pictures using our phones. Once the photo session is done, we are off to even deeper open water. There is no restriction about our speeds. It's up to the rider to safely push to max speed. thril filled experience for us. The life jackets are safe; even if you fall into the water, you will flot for the guide to help you back on to your jet ski. Thanks prasad
