The place is wonderful. But unfortunately we had a snowstorm and were without the train service for hours, which is the fault of the Jungfrau organization. But the tour company itself is very well organized.

Amazing, sight view at least once in your life. Too many rude and unkind tourist from Asia. They don't look at, they just post it on Insta or whaetever. Sick.
The places, the views, the tour guides, the driver, all were amazing. Gonzalo was more than helpful and kind and explained everything. Highly recomended.
It was amazing!! The travel is long but so worth it. Our guide explained everything to us in detail. We got to roam free on our own. The view is spectacular and breathtaking. It is a definite must see to anyone who is visiting Switzerland. I recommend to everyone.
The small group size was great, our guide was also very nice and helpful.
I would love to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Mandarin guide Yuxia. She has the warmest heart and she is the best tour guide that I ever had. I was travelling with my husband and two young kids. Yuxia was caring so much of us to make sure we had the best and most wonderful trip to the Jungfraujoch. She also made the whole group was happy , safe and enjoying the trip. I can easily feel that Yuxia has been putting her heart to her loved job and relationship with the customers and her colleagues. We wish to have her again for next time when we visit Zürich.
Loved the entire experience , our guide Carlona was superb, she made sure we are safe & enjoy all the activities.. would absolutely recommend for everyone
The excellent chauffeur and the courteous companions on the bus were great. The fact that sooo many other people had the same destination confirmed to us that it would be a worthwhile trip.

Best day out. We stayed in Wilderswil in small traditional hotel with parking. Walk to train took 2 mins ! no need to go to Interlaken. Scanned tickets & Boardedf train , nxt was Gondola - amazing scenery & best weather conditions @ 9.45am. Boarded mountain train from Grindlewald thru the mountain to Jungfraujoch !! awesome 🤩
Magnificent view of the glacier, and don't hesitate to go as far as the highest restaurant (alpinist hut, 40-minute walk). There are no more Asian tourists, who are simply unbearable (they think they're alone in the world and take a photo every second, so everyone has their own way of visiting).

Absolutely loved the views at the top, gondola, restaurant, ice palace - everything was amazing, except the clarity of the information. Our return descent booked for 2 hours later it says, we had no clue when this 2 hours started from. Reservations end at a certain time apparently (couldn't find this information online anywhere either). Time slots? Reservation information? We were so confused so we just went straight up without taking our time, and when we got up, it was packed and then we did take our time. We stayed longer than 2 hours and thankfully the queues and the whole journey down wasn't too delayed when we didn't have a reservation.
This extraordinary journey is filled with mind blowing views! We hired a guide to trek onto the glacier as well. Truly magical.
It was great. Only thing is we did not have access to look out for bad weather. Also, we had to pay 50chf extra for missing the first slot . We had to catch train from interlaken ost at 10:34 instead of 10:04 that costed us pay extra. Otherwise it was great.
Visiting Jungfraujoch was an unforgettable experience — truly worthy of its title as the “Top of Europe.” The journey itself, via the cogwheel train through the stunning Swiss Alps, was magical. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of snow-covered peaks, the vast Aletsch Glacier, and the crisp alpine air created a surreal atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, from the attractions like the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observatory to the walking paths with breathtaking vistas. It’s a must-visit destination that blends natural beauty, engineering marvel, and peaceful grandeur all in one place.
We had no problems with our reserved tickets getting from train to cable car. The Junfrauoch station was very crowded and had too many shops and restaurants and not enough places to enjoy outside.
Fantastic Experience. Easy to follow instructions on how to get to jungfrau and the Swiss rail system is first class. Gondola was something else and the view from the top was out of this world. Worth every penny.
The venue is the actual place when the gondola ride begins. because it was written in the ticket that's it Interlaken station, we wasted one hour since we were staying quite close to the venue. Once that was sorted out, it was a smooth experience all the way
Everything worked smoothly.

The experience was great, although very crowded and touristy. The gondola was broken, so paid for that feature, but did not get in either direction. It was disappointing. The train was filled with large tour groups, so standing room only on the train going down. That being said, I still would recommend.
By purchasing tickets in advance I reserved a place for myself in this lovely place too bad about the clouds that didn't let me see much

Most memorable experience in the Swiss alps ever!! And I lived in CH for 4 years!
Easy to buy a ticket from headout.
Everything went smooth and perfect! Worth the money , spectacular views.
Amazing place to visit. Was able to use Swiss half fare being a visitor which made it more affordable and some parts of the building were overcrowded with tourists but you can get to places which especially outside which aren't as busy. Best to book a return journey as I had to wait quite sometime to get back on a train with no reservation.
The Jungfraujoch was epic! My only issue was the issue to try to get a Eurail discount associated with this purchase as I was told I was eligible for that. Is there a way I can submit my Eurail ticket card (pass reference 4BSDV3) and apply for a discount or partial refund? Thank you for your consideration! Take care, Kuangkai Tai, San Diego
Loved loved looooovvveeeeed everything about this experience! Getting a ticket was eazy. Keep in mind it takes a lot of time to travel in switserland. I had a hotel on Chur and it took me more than two hours of driving with my car to get to grindelwald. Just a little advice for somebody who makes a reservation at the very last moment ;) you also get a lot of information so it's best to use the app and take some screenshots. Yes it is pricey but the view from "on top of europe" was priceless. (Haha ;)) to be honest I think I could enjoy this experience a bit more if it wasn't so much crowded. Some people call it a tourist trap... I'd rather call it a lazy way to get on top ;) the views were spectacular and surely worth my money
It would have been great. If you had known that there was no time commitment. The information was completely missing. The Eigerbahn and Jungfrauenjochbahn ran every half hour so you didn't have to be there on time at 12:45. That makes a big difference if you have a journey of almost 3 hours.

Our visit to Jungfraujoch was absolutely unforgettable! From the breathtaking train journey through the stunning Swiss Alps to the incredible views at the "Top of Europe," every moment felt magical. The snow-covered peaks, the Ice Palace, and the panoramic vistas from the Sphinx Observatory were simply awe-inspiring. Everything was very well organized, and the facilities were excellent despite the altitude. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Jungfraujoch truly exceeded our expectations — a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Beautiful, very high and accessible, but very expensive. It's great to be able to visit a place so high up, on a glacier without any equipment! However, you get the feeling that it's an affluent foreign public (Chinese and Indian) that's being targeted (luxury watch boutiques, Dubai chocolate for sale at Lindt, boolywood restaurant...). Tourists weren't very polite in the Hall of Mirrors, which kind of spoiled my experience that day. I would also have liked to see some climate warnings on this fragile environment! But the only mention is of signs leading away from the star attractions towards the toilets. Conclusion: a must if you're in the area and can afford it, but if you're used to hiking and mountaineering, you can have great experiences elsewhere.

The views were amazing on the day thanks to clear skies and minimal cloud cover.
Amazing place to visit. We did have train issues which caused a delay in leaving (about 4 hours) but we were kept informed, the staff was friendly and worked very hard to keep everyone cared for including free water, chocolate, and other amenities. Recommend every visitor to the area make time to visit.
Lovely place and impeccable service. Only drawback is to keep in mind that the train ticket reservation time is from Kleine Sheidegg and not Lauterbrunnen stations or otherwise.

Perfect trip no hiccups beautiful day. I would have expected the possibility to travel more on the glacier.

Ticketing experience was smooth, obviously the nature was the main attraction. I wasn't too fond of the various tourist traps though – and specifically not about the herds of Chinese visitors feeding wild birds which is expressively forbidden and lead to the facts that they were shitting on Jungfrau Joch's handrails all over. There should be a way better security structure to tame these herds of obnoxious selfie hunters.
The overall experience was very good. Beware of altitude sickness. Because I suffered from it.

A visit to Plitvice Jezera Park was one of our stops for our vacation in Croatia. Personally, I recalled a visit from several years ago, but my wife was there for the first time. Everything went great, we covered the longest route. In addition, the park's online support service, made it very easy for us to resolve an issue - positively. Recommended.

The connection with nature, the place is gorgeous and Also it is really easy to walk the route chosen because there are signals where to go.
Great way to buy tickets and jump the queue. The whole experience was incredible. We hiked route c which took about 4 hours at a medium pace. Every step was breathtaking scenery. All the paths were well maintained and made it a delightful experience
We were there at 7am and walked/drove route C...as it was very early and still fresh at the beginning (start at 8.5 degrees/finish at 11:30am at 19 degrees) there were hardly any people around at the beginning. We made great progress and our daughter (10) was always well distracted. It was mega nice and a really great experience ☺️. The only important thing is to have enough food with you at this time of day, as you can only buy something later.

Pure nature. Further back in the park, which we reached on the panoramic train, it was very quiet. We also took the boat. Only the long queue is very tiring. There are also plenty of toilets in the park. Everything is very clean here. It was a great experience. We drove all the way over from Istria. It was worth it.

Plitvice Lakes Croatia is heaven on earth, amazing colours of still lakes and fresh waterfalls, fresh air and cleaness everywhere, no barbage bins, no toilets on the wooden trails, no anyone can understand the principle here. Nature is sacred and at Plitvice they know how to keep it preserved this way by not encouraging consumerism. Number one point of attraction in Croatia, my perspective.
It was a wonderful experience! The landscapes and the nature's sounds were amazing. We chose the path c and after the boat we feel a little tired but we found space to stop and fill our battery enjoying the view. The train goes to st 1 and st 2 and it's about 15 min walk more to the exit. Be careful at which stop you should get out!
The staff was super friendly and explained everything very well. They tell you which way to go depending on your time and disposition. The park is very well maintained and signposted, they have several points during the tours where you can rest and buy something if you need it. The views are spectacular, it is definitely a worthwhile experience. It is advisable to go early, as later in the afternoon there are more people and especially you will find larger groups. But without a doubt it is an unforgettable experience!

The amazing nature and the organization of bus, boat and pick up back with the bus! What was less , is the fact that you have to be on site at 6.45am to be told there that you only have a bus at 8am if you take hike H, For the rest everything okay

Very beautiful waterfalls and lakes with fabulous landscapes! Forest tour! The signage could be more and clear bus ride time intervals were not found! Regardless, it should be a full day experience for everyone to see the silver lakes!

We were there with a small child and were recommended a relatively "short" route of about 5 km, which was totally enough. We saw such beautiful waterfalls and lakes, it was definitely worth it. And as it is also recommended not to take a baby carriage or buggy with you, you didn't have to worry that you wouldn't make it back with a child without stress.

The Lakes & waterfalls were amazing. Such a beautiful place! Went with my sons who loved it too. How anyone could be disappointed is beyond me. I'm glad it was low season for our visit , as not so many people walking around although we still had to wait an hour for a boat so be prepared for longer wait times. We did route C & lived the hiking element that was less busy. The trees are majestic and being immersed in nature was wonderful. A great day out.
Ticket purchase went perfectly - showing it in the app was wonderful. The park is a dream - wonderful winding paths close to the water. The routes are easy to walk, depending on your level. Some sections can be covered by boat or shuttle bus. Everything is very well signposted and easy to understand. There are plenty of rest areas and toilets. An impressive experience that should not be missed.

We had tickets booked for the 8 AM ferry but arrived with a delay. Thankfully, we were still allowed to board for the 9 AM ferry, which was a great relief. The park in the morning was peaceful and not overcrowded, allowing us to explore comfortably without any hassle. Parking was straightforward, although the €10 fee felt a bit steep. That said, everything else went smoothly, and we really enjoyed the visit. Overall, it was a great experience. We’d definitely recommend visiting, but make sure to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the intense midday sun!
You should go to the national park early in the morning. Unfortunately, it gets a bit crowded from midday onwards. It's beautiful and you can go hiking

We thought the tickets included a visit to the park and boat access to Visovak Island. In the end, we had to add €30 to see this island. Fortunately, we were able to see Sradinski Buk, which is a real marvel! But we didn't get to see the rest of the park (Roski slap, Krka monastery, Burnum site), so we were a little disappointed. What's more, the park staff weren't very friendly, and weren't very willing to give us explanations on how to visit the site, which was a real shame.

Walking through the maze of waterways and experiencing nature up close. See the falls and ride the boat During the boat trip, the stopover at rostly was far too short to go on the discovery trails. Generally speaking, the signage is not strategically placed, so it's easy to miss the paths you're looking for. Educational trails are particularly poorly signposted. Bus and boat drivers should be better trained to inform people. They are brusque, treating people like children who are yelled at when they don't understand their instructions. Women at information desks are generally more polite and efficient. I understand the operating limitations due to the crowds, but some of them end up being unpleasant without providing any added value. For example, it's impossible to enter via lovazac by bus and exit via skradin by boat. We walked 4 km and saw 5 boats go by with very few people on them. Similarly, on boat trips, you have to keep going on the same boat, which makes it impossible to explore the paths. That said, we enjoyed our day. It's a magnificent park.

Beautiful Park. Beautiful surroundings. Just a pity that there are still pictures on the site that you can swim while since 2021 that is no longer allowed. And also a pity that you can easily see everything in the park in 1 day.
View original review in Dutch
The bus transportation was easy, we got dropped off and hiked 3km on an unmarked road to get into the park. Once in the park, signage was still vague, with arrows pointing to boats but not necessarily the correct boat to take you back to your entry point. The boardwalks throughout the park were uneven and loose (Plitvice was not, they were excellent, so this is more of a comparison than a criticism) and the park felt more commercial, with vendors and shops throughout the park.
The booking was easy and we didn't have to queue at the Tourist Info an hour in advance. Kind vacation greetings O. & M.

The park is beautiful and is still very natural, without excessive tourist facilities. In my opinion, however, more detailed directions would be needed in some places. For example, at a junction the same destination in both directions was indicated, but without indicating what the length of the two routes were or their duration. The staff was very helpful, but some too general in their directions.

National Park from the 'impact with the beauty of nature, variety of vegetation, diversity of streams and waterfalls, and the fantastic alternation between the chirping of birds and the flight of colorful butterflies and dragonflies. Warned about the care to be taken, I met and saw several snakes. Wonderful experience

I didn't like that there was nothing included with the entrance fee. I found the experience very expensive. I even had to pay to go to the bathroom. At least one boat ride should have been included with the entrance fee. What I did like was that they took us on and off by bus.

Very poor directions for where to go. The links on the connected with Google Maps were not clear. Had to look it up ourselves. Otherwise, it went well.

We went to all the shows, its was great experience with my kids. The most exciting is Elephant Aquatic The best show ever that we have. Thank you
During my stay at Safari A’Famosa, the check-in process was smooth. The pool was awesome for my kids, and the breakfast was good. Room for improvement: There was a long queue during breakfast. It would be great if the management could find a better system for peak season.
The issue ticket was delayed about 50minutes and cause waste of time of waiting the ticket to proceed..
The safari experience was awesome.....the kids loved it. However the ticketing purchase was such a hassle when I had to purchase again for my little ones and the tickets were issued so late after multiple chats and calls which didn't get thru. The system definitely needs improvement.
In my opinion, when a customer buying a tickets from online.. We can directly get ticket after the payment was made.. However, in my case, I had to wait for another 30 minutes to get the tickets buying online.. to make matter worse.. There is a delay about 5 minutes.. so a total of 35 minutes I had to wait.. Compared I line up.. it takes only 20 to 30 minutes.. so there is no differences between line up or buying ticket online.. Thus, it change our holidays schedule
Queing for Safari truck 2 hours then got in the truck for 30 minutes ride with unfriendly guide. UGH waste of time
