Amazing, sight view at least once in your life. Too many rude and unkind tourist from Asia. They don't look at, they just post it on Insta or whaetever. Sick.
The places, the views, the tour guides, the driver, all were amazing. Gonzalo was more than helpful and kind and explained everything. Highly recomended.
It was amazing!! The travel is long but so worth it. Our guide explained everything to us in detail. We got to roam free on our own. The view is spectacular and breathtaking. It is a definite must see to anyone who is visiting Switzerland. I recommend to everyone.
The small group size was great, our guide was also very nice and helpful.
I would love to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Mandarin guide Yuxia. She has the warmest heart and she is the best tour guide that I ever had. I was travelling with my husband and two young kids. Yuxia was caring so much of us to make sure we had the best and most wonderful trip to the Jungfraujoch. She also made the whole group was happy , safe and enjoying the trip. I can easily feel that Yuxia has been putting her heart to her loved job and relationship with the customers and her colleagues. We wish to have her again for next time when we visit Zürich.
Loved the entire experience , our guide Carlona was superb, she made sure we are safe & enjoy all the activities.. would absolutely recommend for everyone
The excellent chauffeur and the courteous companions on the bus were great. The fact that sooo many other people had the same destination confirmed to us that it would be a worthwhile trip.

Best day out. We stayed in Wilderswil in small traditional hotel with parking. Walk to train took 2 mins ! no need to go to Interlaken. Scanned tickets & Boardedf train , nxt was Gondola - amazing scenery & best weather conditions @ 9.45am. Boarded mountain train from Grindlewald thru the mountain to Jungfraujoch !! awesome 🤩
Magnificent view of the glacier, and don't hesitate to go as far as the highest restaurant (alpinist hut, 40-minute walk). There are no more Asian tourists, who are simply unbearable (they think they're alone in the world and take a photo every second, so everyone has their own way of visiting).

We had no problems with our reserved tickets getting from train to cable car. The Junfrauoch station was very crowded and had too many shops and restaurants and not enough places to enjoy outside.
Fantastic Experience. Easy to follow instructions on how to get to jungfrau and the Swiss rail system is first class. Gondola was something else and the view from the top was out of this world. Worth every penny.
The venue is the actual place when the gondola ride begins. because it was written in the ticket that's it Interlaken station, we wasted one hour since we were staying quite close to the venue. Once that was sorted out, it was a smooth experience all the way
Everything worked smoothly.

Our son was visiting from the States and we wanted to something special. He wanted to see the Alps. Well this was the most amazing way to see them. We spent 3 hrs up there including lunch. What an experience of a lifetime. Do it. We started at Grindlewald and took the lift to trains. WoW! Just beautiful.
Most memorable experience in the Swiss alps ever!! And I lived in CH for 4 years!
Easy to buy a ticket from headout.
Everything went smooth and perfect! Worth the money , spectacular views.
It would have been great. If you had known that there was no time commitment. The information was completely missing. The Eigerbahn and Jungfrauenjochbahn ran every half hour so you didn't have to be there on time at 12:45. That makes a big difference if you have a journey of almost 3 hours.

I was thrilled by the breathtaking view. But there were just too many people there. But it's worth the experience.

Our visit to Jungfraujoch was absolutely unforgettable! From the breathtaking train journey through the stunning Swiss Alps to the incredible views at the "Top of Europe," every moment felt magical. The snow-covered peaks, the Ice Palace, and the panoramic vistas from the Sphinx Observatory were simply awe-inspiring. Everything was very well organized, and the facilities were excellent despite the altitude. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Jungfraujoch truly exceeded our expectations — a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland!
the weather condition had not supposed what we have thought but other things is good..

Perfect trip no hiccups beautiful day. I would have expected the possibility to travel more on the glacier.

Ticketing experience was smooth, obviously the nature was the main attraction. I wasn't too fond of the various tourist traps though – and specifically not about the herds of Chinese visitors feeding wild birds which is expressively forbidden and lead to the facts that they were shitting on Jungfrau Joch's handrails all over. There should be a way better security structure to tame these herds of obnoxious selfie hunters.
Good ticket purchase. Exceptional weather. Top means of transportation, all in all very successful excursion!

An amazing experience! It surprised me in its raw beauty.
What I did not love was arriving early the previous day (great weather) and being unable to use my ticket for the next day (terrible weather forecast). The lesson, I suppose, is never to buy the ticket in advance?
The ride up was absolutely stunnng! The train ride was fun, the exhibits were amazing, espectislly the Ice Castle. A highlight of our trip to Switzerland.
Very nice view and nice ice cave. Really too expensive, though

Plenty to do at the top - experience was only marred by lack of visibility
The train and the sightseeing on the top of mountain.
Loved going in the snow. Getting chocolate and going through the ice palace
Was worried about not receiving the tickets, but it all worked out perfect in the end!

The Lakes & waterfalls were amazing. Such a beautiful place! Went with my sons who loved it too. How anyone could be disappointed is beyond me. I'm glad it was low season for our visit , as not so many people walking around although we still had to wait an hour for a boat so be prepared for longer wait times. We did route C & lived the hiking element that was less busy. The trees are majestic and being immersed in nature was wonderful. A great day out.
Ticket purchase went perfectly - showing it in the app was wonderful. The park is a dream - wonderful winding paths close to the water. The routes are easy to walk, depending on your level. Some sections can be covered by boat or shuttle bus. Everything is very well signposted and easy to understand. There are plenty of rest areas and toilets. An impressive experience that should not be missed.

We planned our trip to Croatia around our visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is breathtaking. The hikes are simple for most and the main trails are very well marked. It's the bucket list experience you didn't know you needed.
We happily walked in at entrance 2 in the morning and it was an absolute wow experience. We had two large dogs with us and were totally overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. No matter if bus or boat trips - no problem with dogs... But it gets crowded around midday and I would leave the park with my dog and come twice in the morning instead.

Good information on arrival at the site, clear information on the chosen route, cleanliness of the site, easy-to-use paths.

Even though thé Park is huge, you can make it. There are buses, boats to help you out. The employées are very nice and kind. The park is stunning!
The nature and the surroundings, including all the paths used, as well as the very nice guides on all ST1 - 3. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the closed footpath by the water (between ST2 and ST1). But this was not communicated - a pity. Some previous (route) planning went so wrong

The park is absolutely stunning! Even in the rain it was magnificent. It was easy to get around on the trails and by boat. I didn't use the bus, but overall the park seems very well organized and maintained, while also being wild and pristine. It's a treat to get to climb the pathways over waterfalls and walk the paths right along the edges of the lakes. What a gem!
The nature there is very well preserved and the path is very well done to follow the path of the water. Saff were very kind and gave good informations
Definitely the lakes, waterfalls, forest and trails are an unforgettable experience. The maintenance of the trails and the park makes it a pleasure to pay to go and enjoy it. Congratulations

The walks, nature and trails in the middle of the ponds . Discreetly expensive admission. No reason to get tickets online. Inside they even charge you for the air you breathe
View original review in Italian
The on-line ticket purchase was seemless. When we arrived at entrance #1, we discovered you could purchase tickets at the entrance, but be warned in the busy season they migh be sold out for your time slot you were wishing to enter? So beware, busy times plan ahead and purchase early on-line. The site is easy to navigate!
We loved the day The best part was the upper lakes The walkways are just brilliant and so well done Just amazing Boat and train rides were perfect and on time Got you the the starting points We done the upper lakes twice as it was so good
Beautiful park! I recommend reservation especially in full periods. Walkway a bit difficult for small dogs because it has holes. There are no barriers and it seems that night access is free.

If you visit Croatia it is absolutely very important that you know the lakes, it is an incredible place, wonderful, full of peace and tranquility, highly recommended, I would return without hesitation, it has been a fantastic experience. I have visited several national parks and this is one of the most beautiful in the world.

Super site, super time, you get an eyeful all the way, there's an incalculable number of waterfalls, along the lakes you'd think you were in Canada. We went there in April, when the sun was shining, and it was nice because there's quite a bit of market.

Very well signposted, the people at the park advise you on tours and everything is well organized. Panoramic bus, boat. I did the H route in 4 hours, thinking I wouldn't have the time, but 6 hours is taking your time, so there's no need to speed. Picnic tables are also provided. Really worth doing and very well organized and signposted. I'll do it again if I ever get the chance.

The NP is beautiful 🤩 . The footbridges are difficult for dogs to walk on because the gaps between the planks are so large that their paws get stuck. The bigger the paws, the safer.

I didn't like that there was nothing included with the entrance fee. I found the experience very expensive. I even had to pay to go to the bathroom. At least one boat ride should have been included with the entrance fee. What I did like was that they took us on and off by bus.

Very well laid out and well organised. A beautiful place. Getting there early meant it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Wonderful nature. Unfortunately far too crowded. Swimming in front of the floods was unfortunately no longer permitted. I will still be back.

Very poor directions for where to go. The links on the connected with Google Maps were not clear. Had to look it up ourselves. Otherwise, it went well.
The park itself is majestic, there is no other way to describe it, but only the Park, not the entrance experience or the lack of communication.
Too expensive the price of the boat ticket to go to the roski slap waterfall
