The place is wonderful. But unfortunately we had a snowstorm and were without the train service for hours, which is the fault of the Jungfrau organization. But the tour company itself is very well organized.

Amazing, sight view at least once in your life. Too many rude and unkind tourist from Asia. They don't look at, they just post it on Insta or whaetever. Sick.
The places, the views, the tour guides, the driver, all were amazing. Gonzalo was more than helpful and kind and explained everything. Highly recomended.
It was amazing!! The travel is long but so worth it. Our guide explained everything to us in detail. We got to roam free on our own. The view is spectacular and breathtaking. It is a definite must see to anyone who is visiting Switzerland. I recommend to everyone.
The small group size was great, our guide was also very nice and helpful.
I would love to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Mandarin guide Yuxia. She has the warmest heart and she is the best tour guide that I ever had. I was travelling with my husband and two young kids. Yuxia was caring so much of us to make sure we had the best and most wonderful trip to the Jungfraujoch. She also made the whole group was happy , safe and enjoying the trip. I can easily feel that Yuxia has been putting her heart to her loved job and relationship with the customers and her colleagues. We wish to have her again for next time when we visit Zürich.
Loved the entire experience , our guide Carlona was superb, she made sure we are safe & enjoy all the activities.. would absolutely recommend for everyone
The excellent chauffeur and the courteous companions on the bus were great. The fact that sooo many other people had the same destination confirmed to us that it would be a worthwhile trip.

Had a wonderful time! The view from the observation deck was to die for. The weather was perfect too, at the time of our visit.
A once-in-a-lifetime experience! Absolutely loved the gondola ride and the stroll through the Ice Palace. Our guide too was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Timings and very courteous staff
An amazing tour with a great guide! Highly recommended.

The experience was great. We took the trains all the way up and caught the gondolas on the way back. We almost skipped the Discovery Tour, but decided to go in right before we left. We didn't understand that this would be the best part of the experience. It has the best views. I would warn that when you book thru Hradout app you don't get a reserved seat on the train, so you will have to wait in line at certain times during the journey.
The view from the magnificent Gundelbahn was very impressive. The tobogganing was a highlight for our children. The chocolate that was handed out on the train on the way back was a welcome surprise.

This was an amazing experience. We got really lucky with the weather as it was clear day. Tickets worked fine no issues at all. This will be memorable experience.
Booking was easy. The app worked if there was network, but without network the app crashed (iPhone). The instructions were a bit unclear: time to return was either 2 or 3 hours and no exact time given. Instructed to go to the "booking point" but there is no such thing. You go to train or scan the code at the gate.
Awesome to get onto plateau and look around at beautiful mountain peaks with snow. Needs to be clearer on which tickets to be used on gondola vs train.
The trip was fun. Perhaps indicate more clearly that you have to get off at Grindelwald Terminal, i.e. not stay on until the last stop. However, I did not know how to get a time for the time slot. Also, the app did not work after we got off the gondola, so I could not show the scan code.

Absolutely loved the views at the top, gondola, restaurant, ice palace - everything was amazing, except the clarity of the information. Our return descent booked for 2 hours later it says, we had no clue when this 2 hours started from. Reservations end at a certain time apparently (couldn't find this information online anywhere either). Time slots? Reservation information? We were so confused so we just went straight up without taking our time, and when we got up, it was packed and then we did take our time. We stayed longer than 2 hours and thankfully the queues and the whole journey down wasn't too delayed when we didn't have a reservation.
This extraordinary journey is filled with mind blowing views! We hired a guide to trek onto the glacier as well. Truly magical.
It was great. Only thing is we did not have access to look out for bad weather. Also, we had to pay 50chf extra for missing the first slot . We had to catch train from interlaken ost at 10:34 instead of 10:04 that costed us pay extra. Otherwise it was great.
Visiting Jungfraujoch was an unforgettable experience — truly worthy of its title as the “Top of Europe.” The journey itself, via the cogwheel train through the stunning Swiss Alps, was magical. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of snow-covered peaks, the vast Aletsch Glacier, and the crisp alpine air created a surreal atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, from the attractions like the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observatory to the walking paths with breathtaking vistas. It’s a must-visit destination that blends natural beauty, engineering marvel, and peaceful grandeur all in one place.
The trip to the Jungfraujoch really is uniquely beautiful! And the world of adventure in and around the Jungfraujoch is gigantic!

The experience was great, although very crowded and touristy. The gondola was broken, so paid for that feature, but did not get in either direction. It was disappointing. The train was filled with large tour groups, so standing room only on the train going down. That being said, I still would recommend.
Great arrangement. Nowhere to wait in the crowds. Superb surroundings with beautiful views.

The tickets were easy to buy and the excursion went very well. It would be important to note in your descriptions that it is possible to take the train even without a reservation. At the departure of the train there are 2 queues, 1 for tickets with seat reservations (which cost more) and one without. Despite this difference, it's perfectly possible to sit on a seat with a Headout reservation.

i had to look for an hour before I remembered that I downloaded an app for the tickets. A mail would have been much easier.
It was simply amazing - as the Swiss would say - perfect weather, much less crowds than I had feared despite the ultra high season, the whole thing was an overwhelming experience in the high alpine mountains, at the beginning of the great Aletsch Glacier, which will stay in my memory forever!

The trip up to the Top of the World was magnificent- Gondola 🚠 & train was efficient and easy. Once up there- the views are gorgeous- winter wonderland . With lots to keep you inspired- snow cave , restaurants & shops
Everything from the gondola ride to the train ride to the top was magical. Once you step outside and see the view, it was absolute wonder! Everything from snow tubing, to zip lining, to the crystal palace was so awesome. I can't wait to be there again!
All good. Only one little flaw: it is not clear that the round trip should be taken on the same day. We had little trouble because our tickets didn't go through smoothly the next day. The kind personnel let us through promptly, though.
The day we booked was a total white out when we got to the top, but the weather cleared for about 15 minutes and we got some great photos. Amazing experience.
Fabulous journey from start to finish Well organised.views Fabulous all of which where accessible by wheelchair however if should state somewhere that the icecave and glacier are not accessible by wheelchair which was a great shame .
Amazing place to visit. Was able to use Swiss half fare being a visitor which made it more affordable and some parts of the building were overcrowded with tourists but you can get to places which especially outside which aren't as busy. Best to book a return journey as I had to wait quite sometime to get back on a train with no reservation.
The Jungfraujoch was epic! My only issue was the issue to try to get a Eurail discount associated with this purchase as I was told I was eligible for that. Is there a way I can submit my Eurail ticket card (pass reference 4BSDV3) and apply for a discount or partial refund? Thank you for your consideration! Take care, Kuangkai Tai, San Diego
Loved loved looooovvveeeeed everything about this experience! Getting a ticket was eazy. Keep in mind it takes a lot of time to travel in switserland. I had a hotel on Chur and it took me more than two hours of driving with my car to get to grindelwald. Just a little advice for somebody who makes a reservation at the very last moment ;) you also get a lot of information so it's best to use the app and take some screenshots. Yes it is pricey but the view from "on top of europe" was priceless. (Haha ;)) to be honest I think I could enjoy this experience a bit more if it wasn't so much crowded. Some people call it a tourist trap... I'd rather call it a lazy way to get on top ;) the views were spectacular and surely worth my money
It would have been great. If you had known that there was no time commitment. The information was completely missing. The Eigerbahn and Jungfrauenjochbahn ran every half hour so you didn't have to be there on time at 12:45. That makes a big difference if you have a journey of almost 3 hours.

Beautiful, very high and accessible, but very expensive. It's great to be able to visit a place so high up, on a glacier without any equipment! However, you get the feeling that it's an affluent foreign public (Chinese and Indian) that's being targeted (luxury watch boutiques, Dubai chocolate for sale at Lindt, boolywood restaurant...). Tourists weren't very polite in the Hall of Mirrors, which kind of spoiled my experience that day. I would also have liked to see some climate warnings on this fragile environment! But the only mention is of signs leading away from the star attractions towards the toilets. Conclusion: a must if you're in the area and can afford it, but if you're used to hiking and mountaineering, you can have great experiences elsewhere.

The views were amazing on the day thanks to clear skies and minimal cloud cover.
We paid an additional 20SFR for a seat reservation, which was included in the price of the Jungfrau Railway ticket. Really not ok.

It is a wonderful experience but unfortunately so overcrowded. If i pay so much money for a ticket i expect a guatenteed seat. Now i saw people standing or you were like cattle waiting in the 'no reservation' zone (while i did booked a ticket in advance) hoping we could fit in the train and did not need to wait until the next one in the heat!!
Everything worked as planned. The trains ran on time and were not overcrowded despite the vacation season. The Jungfraujoch is indescribably beautiful and definitely worth a trip. Even though it is very expensive, we would do it again at any time.

Everything went smoothly except for the seat reservation on the return journey from the Jungfraujoch to Kleine Scheidegg. The fact that it didn't work was very stupid and caused a lot of stress.

Amazing place to visit. Lovely place and impeccable service. Only drawback is to keep in mind that the train ticket reservation time is from Kleine Sheidegg and not Lauterbrunnen stations or otherwise.

It was lovely, but the only issue was that there were way too many people. You had to wait in a queue for a picture in every spot. Apart from that, the park is really nice – there are great shaded areas and benches to rest. Just bring your own sandwiches because the food is very expensive.
Plitvicky lakes is really beautiful place, but you should be ready for a really long walking sometimes high to the hill. Chose the shortest route if you physically not ready. And don't drink much water, there are just few toilets on such a big territory 😜
It was perfect, better than I could imagine, but I saw a few beautiful places in the World 😊 This one is in the Top 3 for sure!!
Croatia is a wonderful country, known for its rich history and breathtaking nature. One of the most impressive places I’ve had the chance to visit is Plitvice Lakes National Park. This natural wonder is truly enchanting: in the crystal-clear lakes, fish swim peacefully, and resting boats can be seen on the bottom through the transparent water. Surrounding everything are magnificent waterfalls, lush green tunnels of vegetation, and rock formations, all blending into one harmonious landscape. Unforgettable experiences include a boat ride across the lake and a scenic train tour, allowing visitors to comfortably enjoy the park’s beauty. Everything is thoughtfully organized: each stop offers picnic areas, and there are plenty of places to grab a coffee or a light snack. Along the paths, you’ll find souvenir shops – perfect for picking up gifts for your loved ones. Navigating the park is easy, with clearly marked maps, trail routes, rest points, and boat and train lines. If you’re visiting Croatia, be sure to dedicate a day to this natural marvel – Plitvice Lakes National Park. It’s a place you’ll remember for a long time.
It was a very pleasant experience, starting from purchasing the tickets online, which went very smoothly, to the visual experience on site. The fact that we purchased the tickets online saved us from a queue of about 20 people. The clarity and color of the water will remain in my mind for a long time.
Beautiful views but the WC signs are quite misleading, they show them miles in advance and there are few litter garbage cans along the way.

Soooo beautiful experience! We arrived at 08.00 in the morning and took route H from the southern intrance. This was perfect. Nost of the time we went downwards and there were not too many People. About halfway, we met crowds of People coming the other way (starting from the northern entrance). So - a good advice: start at the southern intrance and come early (then the heat is bearable). We used around 5 hours lunch included. A perfect day in the beautiful nature!
We enjoyed entering the park at 11 am. They used electronic scanners for our tickets, and wupti we entered the park. We had decided from home to follow the walking route called "C", which all in all where 8 kilometres long + a little boat trip and a little bus ride(included), which we enjoyed, so we could rest our feet a little and buy some snacks as we waited for the boat to come. Little tip: In the park the snack and food stores are having siestas 30 min each.
An extraordinary landscape, with green and blue lakes and crystal-clear water. Perfect operation, both at the entrance and in the signposting of the various footpaths. At the end, it's super pleasant to go back, with a short boat trip around a wonderful lake and a bus ride back when your legs are already tired. Everyone should be able to visit this park

Everything was fine! With this app I took it and everything was great. I would highlight the park q do not have the option of reduced mobility, or for babies and toodler. Obviously you can carry when you can, but there are children who weigh too much to carry and you can not .... and very bad for movernos.... but well ....

It is a very special place which just amazes tou the moment you enter the park. I liked that it was very clean and the fact that the nature doesn't seem to be bothered with any of the human intervention made here.

Great trails, well maintained. Hiked 18k around the K trail. Less busy than expected. We preferred waterfalls near entrance 2!
Beautiful view of waterfalls and vivid rivers. The nature land full of wonders. Used root "H" in the morning with the family and were lucky to avoid ques. Nice boat travel, train travel.
The park is a wonder of nature. It is resounding to see the spectacle that presents itself as you pass through the entrance of entrance number 1: it leaves you stunned. The park is well maintained and the trails are designed to meet the needs of people of all ages. The roads and walkways are not invasive, but well integrated with the surrounding nature.

Everything was fine, parking was ok, trip was ok, the begining was a bit strange with the bus. Trip was fine the ship the end was really awsome, but the stairs :) but I really liked the symbol of detours (I choosed that) Four Star only because I felt a bit expensive. But making happen a bucket list to my wife I can not say anything, She was the happiest.
The park was not overcrowded, we visited beautiful places. The paths were well-maintained and mostly shaded.

It was awesome experience and worth all the money. It was nice to have a stop in the restaurant to have breakfast as the trip starts early. Our guide Paula was super friendly and funny. Told us some real and some unreal stories about the park and its lakes. Also, introduced Zadar and Croatia history. It was very convenient to not think how to get to the park and go back. A bus was comfortable also. I really recommend to go to this trip.
Beautifull place! 😍 A memorable view and pristine nature. Beautifully maintained. Please never let people swim here in the future! They could really screw this up. 🙏 The animals that live here really live in paradise!
We did the K1 route, a bit demanding in uphill sections but perfectly affordable. We loved the waterfalls and lakes as much as the route itself. Almost all the time in the shade which is appreciated in summer. A pleasure, we would come back!

Plitvića Lakes National Park is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed it so much. The walk back up to entrance was challenging though.
Unique experience in total contact with nature. Spectacular park in terms of the design of the different trails as well as the conservation and cleanliness. We had tickets booked for the 8 AM ferry but arrived with a delay. Thankfully, we were still allowed to board for the 9 AM ferry, which was a great relief. Amazing park with a very nice trail along the water. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
The access to the park by boat from Skradin was quite novel as you normaly travel into a park by bus or coach. The waterfalls were fantastic but the crowds were a bit heavy in places. The access ticket price of 40 Euros was a bit much especially when visiting for a few hours. It would be good if there was a shuttle bus from the waterfall to the boat tour jetty. In hot weather the walk is a bit too much for some people.
Arrived at 10AM. Took boat to 1st stop and walked the loop around. Stunning views around every corner. It was hot by there was intermittent shade along the way. A treasure!
The parking-bus-entry connection is convenient. The promenade very nice and well marked. The food outlets are in a good location, but we found them a bit expensive. We also took the 2-hour boat ride to the island of Visevac: the boat had no amenities and was rather slow, the scenery a bit monotonous, honestly we did not appreciate it

We got tickets for the 8 a.m. entrance by boat from Skradin, priced 40€. We were the first group so the visit was pleasant and without crowds, but many services were not yet open. We also had no guide and only found out there that to go to Roski Slap waterfalls (the only balnebaile area) an additional 15/20€ ticket was required, so we turned back.

We are at the foot of the Krka, the stations and the map are well marked and clear. The NP staff trudi se da sve bude uredno i clean, uglavom su jako ljubazni i spremni pomoci. An aunt who walks and tries to make people laugh is always welcome. The upstream ford could be favourable, but this is really down to the luck of the concessionaire. Be sure to indicate the destination on the ticket for the ferry. The option is the island of Visovac or Rogaški slap. You can swim to Rogaško waterfall, Visovac is 2/3 of the way, it takes 30 minutes, and the Krkonoše ride to and from it takes 90 minutes.

Not good: the route link in the mail and in the info with the ticket were not the same. We had to call to understand where to go. Not good: panoramic boat trip turned out to be the boat trip to the parc. We could have been cheaper by booking tickets directly at the krka parc itself. Good: fantastic parc, was very worthwhile.

A very beautiful site, but the explanations on the ticket are very average and there's no swimming in the waterfalls, which you can do at a small beach in the park. The other waterfalls are far from the main point of the park.

It was wonderful to be in Harder Kulm. Incredible! In my opinion the best tour in Interlaken. Not to be missed Buying the ticket in advance helped us save time when buying the ticket, as we went straight to the queue for the cable car. Instead of 2 queues, there was only 1.

Very long waiting times to get on and off..... we had bought the ticket online in advance - but then had to queue for a long time. Those who didn't have a ticket could bypass the queue and go straight to the counter. I liked the fact that I automatically received a WhatsApp with the tickets. However, I had to queue for exactly the same amount of time as everyone else. But that's okay, of course. I was surprised that I didn't have to show or scan my Half-Fare travelcard, which is probably only intended for random checks. But if you had to scan it, it would be good to know which order. If it really is printed like this, find out how much a Half-Fare travelcard costs and whether you can only buy it for a short time. Public transport without a Half Fare Travelcard is really expensive in Switzerland. There are many favorite moments from above, but this is about the train, or the ticket. Photos? It's best to take them yourself. It's a mega excursion destination! Enjoy it.
