The place is wonderful. But unfortunately we had a snowstorm and were without the train service for hours, which is the fault of the Jungfrau organization. But the tour company itself is very well organized.

I would love to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our Mandarin guide Yuxia. She has the warmest heart and she is the best tour guide that I ever had. I was travelling with my husband and two young kids. Yuxia was caring so much of us to make sure we had the best and most wonderful trip to the Jungfraujoch. She also made the whole group was happy , safe and enjoying the trip. I can easily feel that Yuxia has been putting her heart to her loved job and relationship with the customers and her colleagues. We wish to have her again for next time when we visit Zürich.

The trip was spectacular and good value for money. Proffesional and good guide (Carola) who guided us the whole way.
If I should give one improvement feedback it would be to keep better eye on the visitors at the restaurant on the top. We saw several people fainting and vomiting, without action beeing taken to clean up the messs after them. People fainting should be guioded down immediatly.

The itinerary initially said that it had the train included one way and we were very excited about the same. However, on the day, we were told that the train is not being used for 2-3 days. This was neither informed earlier nor were we refunded.
