- For the journey by wheelchair to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, it's strongly recommended to use the tri-cable gondola Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal (via Eigergletscher station). If traveling via Kleine Scheidegg, transport cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
- Pre-booking is essential for groups of 3 or more people in wheelchairs or for the journey via Kleine Scheidegg. A seat reservation is not necessary. Please inform the ticket office clerk at the departure station about the journey so that any assistance can be provided.
- Seat reservation is recommended for single travelers, and a must for groups of 10 or more.
- Parking spots are available at these railway stations: Interlaken Ost, Wilderswil, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald Terminal.
