Accessibility
Uber Boat Tour
- All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
- All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.
- There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats, and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.
- All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.
- If a carer’s assistance is required, a complimentary companion ticket is issued to match the primary ticket at any staffed ticket office.
- For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

- The cable car may not be fully accessible to wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.

Uber Boat Trip
- Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.
- Children under the age of ten must remain with a supervising adult at all times.
- Larger boats have baby-changing tables.

London Cable Car
- You can begin your journey from either IFS Royal Victoria Docks or IFS Greenwich Peninsula and return later the same day.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Cable car operations depend on weather conditions and may be suspended in case of high winds or adverse weather.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow for boarding procedures.
- Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.
- You can either remain in the cabin for a round-trip back to your original terminal or disembark at the opposite terminal and return at any time on the same day.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
